Abstract
The role of cyclic chemotherapy in patients with localized Wilms' tumour is discussed and an analysis of the results of 37 patients with Wilms' tumour is presented. 'Prophylactic' irradiation of both lungs was carried out in 5 patients, along with one course of actinomycin D, and all of these patients are doing well with minimal follow up period of 6 yr.
