Abstract
A young man presents after a motor vehicle accident with vomiting and neck pain. Head CT is negative for any intracranial findings, but CT of the neck demonstrates a C7 Clay-shoveler's fracture. The concussion discharge guidelines and management of his nonoperative spinal fracture will be discussed.
