Abstract
Therapy for infectious endogenous uveitis should be based on a firm etiologic diagnosis. Both nonspecific therapy to decrease intraocular inflammation and increase comfort and specific antimicrobial therapy to eliminate the infectious agent and halt tissue destruction are necessary to appropriately manage an infectious uveitis entity. Treatment of bacterial, fungal, and parasitic uveitis entities is presented.
