Abstract
Human data are lacking in determining the optimum hormonal milieu for proper implantation. The availability of pure preparations of both FSH and of LH will enable us to assess the relative importance of these gonadotropins in maintaining the optimum hormonal milieu for maximum follicular development and oocyte harvest as well as the ideal milieu for initiating and maintaining implantation.
