Abstract

Inegular warfare is ill-det1ned, ambiguous, and complex; therefore, effective and efficient decision making is a critical component for successful performance. To ensure that Marine’s are well equipped with such skills, we have developed a simulation-based training tool for Combat Hunter to supplement existing classroom training. Therefore, the purpose of this chapter is to illustrate the development of this mobile training tool as well as offer a set of best practices for developing decision making training.
