Time-Resolved lifetime fluorescence imaging - An inverse model based on analytical solutions

Abstract

We present an inverse model for 3D localisation and lifetime characterisation of fluorophore masses embedded in otherwise uniform tissue-like phantoms. The inverse model uses unique analytical models of time-resolved fluorescence signals with generalised lifetime profiles.
