Thrombolytic reversal of no-reflow phenomenon in rat free flap model

Abstract

Despite the recent reported failure of Thrombolysin in a dog model to lyse preformed clots in small vessels, we believe our study in rats suggests that thrombolytic agents may be useful clinically in reversing the no-reflow phenomenon.
