Abstract
In summary, we would like to commend Drs. Yahalom and Hu for their thorough review of this interesting topic. We agree with the doses outlined by the authors for the palliative treatment of multiple myeloma. The role of systemic radiotherapy remains less clearly defined but is worthy of continued study.
