Abstract

A 19-mm St. Jude Medical valve prosthesis was successfully implanted in a 5-kg, 7-month-old infant with congenitally corrected transposition and severe systemic atrioventricular valve regurgitation. The clinical course and ten-month postoperative catheterization data are reported.
