Abstract
A middle-aged man presents with headache, vomiting, sudden vision loss, oculoparesis, hyponatremia, and hypotension. A head CT shows a hyperdense sellar and suprasellar lesion concerning for a hemorrhagic mass. Neurosurgery is consulted for management of pituitary apoplexy.
