Abstract

Phosphorus containing copolyanhydrides DECP-CPP and DCPP-CPP were synthesized by melt copolymerization of bis(p-carboxy phenyloxy ethyl), ethyl phosphate (DCPE), bis(p-carboxyphenyloxy ethyl), phenyl phosphate (DCPP) and bis(p-carboxyphenoxy)propane acid (CPP). The copolyanhydrides were characterized by 1H NMR, IR spectrometry. In Vitro degradation of copolyanhydrides in phosphate buffer solution at 37°C were determined. Drug release profile of Rifampicinum (RFP) were also studied.
