Abstract

A spatially multiplexed fiber-optic SLM microscopy for simultaneous cellular imaging and spatio-temporal photostimulation of multiple brain regions is presented. Our system utilizes a digital micromirror device (DMD) for patterned illumination and a tri-furcated fiber bundle.
