Abstract
Four cases of intrascrotal hematoma simulating testicular rupture were noted in teenagers. Careful sonographic technique allowed for the discovery of the normal testicle in a more peripheral location in the scrotum. Duplex doppler aided in confirming a normal testis in one case.
