Abstract
An HPLC-DAD-method was established for simultaneous determination of 6 main active components in WHW. The method was validated for specificity, accuracy, precision. The developed method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetics of salvianolic acid B in rat plasma after administration of WHW, Salviae Miltiorrhizae and pure salvianolic acid B. Statistically significant differences in pk parameters of salvianolic acid B.
