Abstract

Anomalous origin of the left main coronary artery from the right anterior coronary sinus has been associated with high incidence of sudden death in young adults. We describe a simplified approach to this rare congenital anomaly, which avoids the need for commissural postresuspension or relocation of the coronary button.
