Abstract
A scanning fiber-optic miniature endomicroscope system was developed for tissue nonlinear optical imaging. Real-time two-photon fluorescence and SHG imaging of rat tail tendon and skin/hair was demonstrated for the first time with the fiber-optic endomicroscope.
