Abstract

Anterior segment optical coherence tomography can be used to obtain more objective, precise, reproducible, and clinically relevant measurements of several aspects of anterior segment anatomy. This chapter provides a broad overview of such measurement functions as well as recommendations for use of specific commerically available AS-OCT devices for anterior segment measurement in clinical practice.
