Abstract
The clinical, imaging, metabolic, histologic and biochemical aspects of oncogenic osteomalacia are reviewed. The bone and soft tissue tumor and tumor-like lesions associated with this paraneoplastic syndrome are discussed. The radiologist's role in the diagnosis and evaluation of this entity is presented.
