Abstract

We propose a speckle-illumination statistical method to recover the point-spread function (PSF) and high-resolution fluorescence images in the presence of aberrations, without any calibration or isoplanatism assumptions. The accurate PSF estimation enables its use in deconvolution for high-resolution 3D imaging.
