Abstract

One of the most active areas of scientific inquiry in neuropsychiatry is HIV and AIDS. The areas of current research include descriptions of at-risk populations, better descriptions of the phenomenology of the neuropsychiatric disorders associated with HIV, and the beginnings of methodological research on the relationship between psychiatric disorders and brain pathology.
