Abstract

The chapter describes the workup and management of nasal fractures. Contemporary literature related to nasal fractures is reviewed, including anatomy, pathophysiology, radiography, surgical indications, techniques, follow-up care, and potential complications. Nasal fractures are common, although not all fractures require intervention. Those that meet criteria for reduction can be effectively managed with minimal complications by adhering to established principles.
