Abstract
Myelinated nerve fiber layer is a developmental anomaly that results from an abnormal extension of myelination anterior to the lamina cribrosa of the sclera. In this chapter, we discuss the clinical features, OCT features, ancillary testing, and treatment of children with myelinated nerve fiber layer.
