Abstract

We report a patient with Klinefelter's syndrome who had breast carcinoma, chronic myelogenous leukemia, and striking platelet elevation. Despite intensive therapy directed at lowering the platelet count, this patient suffered multiple sequential arterial and venous thromboernboli.
