Abstract

The authors' most striking finding is the correlation of pretransplant DNCB responder status and subsequent renal transplant fate - the fact that this correlation is better than the recall antigen transplant outcome is not surprising, as DNCB testing is more analogous to organ engraftment since it requires sensitization as well as an effector response.
