Abstract
A recent revision was made in the Use of Antiretroviral Therapy for Adults and Adolescents Guidelines. Delavirdine is added to nevirapine as an acceptable or equivalent non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, in the Alternative Options category. In addition, invirase plus two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, are demoted from the Alternative Options category.
