Abstract

Saccular cysts are uncommon developmental anomalies of the larynx. Most commonly, these cysts appear in the endolarynx and manifest as upper respiratory tract obstruction. A case of congenital laryngeal saccular cyst with unique clinical and surgical findings is reviewed.
