Abstract
An in vivo ultrahigh-resolution OCT system was developed by employing a state-of-the-art femtosecond Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti:Sapphire laser as low as coherence light source. The feasibility of this system was demonstrated for three-dimensional in vivo subcellular imaging of a Xenopus laevis mesenchymal cell.
