Abstract

A 50-year-old otherwise healthy woman has had progressive visual loss for 2 years in her right eye. Her MRI scan showed a meningioma of the right optic nerve sheath. Her vision is 20/40 OD; there is a relative afferent pupillary defect and an inferior visual field defect OD. The left eye is normal. The right optic nerve is pale and there is a retinochoroidal venous collateral on the optic nerve head. What should be done now?.
