Abstract

In the process of evaluation of the quality of light, and looking for compromise between the energy efficiency and quality of illumination for life it is necessary to take into account photobiological input of radiation on basis of results of the newest medical research in the field of photosensitive retinal ganglion cells as well as blue light hazard influence.
