Abstract
• As in many aspects of medicine, a thorough history is vital for identification and diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias in children and can help differentiate a benign arrhythmia from a pathologic one. • In most cases, ECG is satisfactory for diagnosis. However, if the pediatrician feels that ECG is insufficient, it is best to refer the patient to a cardiologist for further evaluation.
