Abstract
A simple evolution model is proposed to study hte emergence of complex structures and the coexistence of many structures of different complexity in organism evolution. The model considers the control of gene expression and self-organizing phenomena with degeneration and anagenesis and correlates the mutations that occur. The tendency for increased complexity appears during the evolution simulation. The method in analyzed theoretically with generalization to a multi-special model. The phenomena of simulated organism evolution are used to identify some important conclusions. Complex structures emerge as a self-organizing process under certain circumstances.
