Abstract
During the past decade, significant advances have been made concerning the nature and nosologic relationship of mycosis fungoides (MF) and the closely related Sezary syndrome to other malignant lymphoreticular disorders. The observation that MF in its latter phases frequently develops clear-cut clinical and pathologic features of a malignant lymphoma has long been appreciated.
