Abstract

We have discovered typographical errors in the equations of this article. The errors do not affect the modeling results shown in the figures, the parameters determined for the model, and conclusions of the paper. The errors are listed below. • In the sentence below equation 16 on page 67, the correct partial derivative of the free energy density with respect to the viscous deformation gradient is, [formula presented].• In equations (17), (23), (25), and (31), [formula presented] should read, [formula presented].• In the sentence below equation (20), the correct forms for Wint,k and [formula presented] are [formula presented] and [formula presented].• The correct form of eq. (28) is, [formula presented] • The correct form of eq. (31) is, [formula presented] • In the sentence below equation (31), the correct definition for the structural relaxation time is [formula presented].• The correct form of eq. (38) is, [formula presented] • On page 70, the correct expression for the total flow stress is [formula presented].• The correct form of eq. (70) is, [formula presented].
