Abstract

Upon the original publication of this article, errors were inadvertently introduced prior to publishing. This erratum has been published to address the following changes that have subsequently been made: Co-author Janna Metzler’s affiliation should read: ‘Women’s Refugee Commission, New York City, NY, 10018, USA’ instead of ‘Center for Humanitarian Health, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA’. Other substantive copy-editing errors that led to the removal of en dashes and spacings, affecting the scientific understanding of the paper, have been corrected.
