Abstract

In the originally published version of this manuscript, there were errors in placement of superscripts in Table 2. Specific notes should be added to "Adolescent ELRD" to indicate significant differences from "None" and "Adult"; and to "Adult ELRD" to indicate a significant difference from "Adolescent".
