Abstract

It has come to the attention of the authors that a correction is needed in the Methods section of this paper. Section 2.6.1 on page 224 should be titled “World Health Organization's World Mental Health Composite International Diagnostic Interview (WMH-CIDI)” and the first sentence should read “Dependence criteria for opioids and cocaine were determined using items from the World Health Organization's World Mental Health Composite International Diagnostic Interview (WMH-CIDI; http://www.hcp.med.harvard.edu/wmhcidi/index.php).” This change does not alter the study's analyses or findings in any way.
