Abstract

The original version of this article unfortunately contained an error, and it has been corrected with this erratum. The following acknowledgements were missing from the original version: 1. “The MTN-015 protocol team wishes to thank the study volunteers for their dedicated participation. We gratefully acknowledge the study staff from 15 participating Clinical Research Sites and the MTN Data Management and Statistical Center for data management.
