Abstract

Epidermal neoplasms have been reported in 18 patients with epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica. Acanthoepithelioma with the metastasis of the clear cell element to the viscera was an interesting feature in our patient. There is no unanimity regarding the treatment for this genetic disorder and its associated malignancies.
