Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) Come closer to the light: Fluorescently labeled cytosines have been enzymatically incorporated within bisulfite-treated DNA that was amplified by using methylation-specific primers. Detection of these multilabeled products was carried out by using quantum-dot FRET (QD-FRET).
