Abstract

FL ampion cells infected with mycoplasma (A choleplasma laidlawii) showzd a marked but transitory change in the pattern of esterase isoenzymes, consisting of a loss of the two most rapidly migrating bands and a great increase in another band. These changes were not observed in mycoplasma infected WI-38.
