Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Didigu et al explore a potential strategy for HIV cure that uses gene therapy to simultaneously inactivate both cellular coreceptors used for viral entry: CC chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5) and CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4).
