Abstract

A sensitive and reliable automated cation-exchange method for the determination of polyamines in human urine has been developed and applied to samples from both normal subjects and patients bearing various types of cancer. A relatively large number of cancer patients urine samples are currently being analyzed, and these data will be the subject of a later paper.
