Abstract
This work is focused on designing the file format and communication of cellular pathology images according to the DICOM 3.0 stanard. Thecellular pathology image files was analyzed and designed based on DICOM 3.0. The communication between two windows platforms was realized. The test results showed that the file format and communication of cellular pathology images were totally compatible with DICOM 3.0.
