Abstract
Since Swolin's pioneering reports on microsurgical anastomosis of the fallopian tubes, numerous papers have detailed the results of such procedures in terms of conception rates, initial pregnancy outcome, and first full-term pregnancies. We here report two cases of bilateral dehiscence (separation) of successfully anastomosed fallopian tubes during the first full-term pregnancy.
