Abstract

The authors would like to correct the below changes: 1. Page 135, Table 4, column 2, row 26 ('Terai'), should read as 1.6*** (1.4, 1.8).2. The following reference should have been cited in the sentence on page 131: Reference: “Maldonado G, Greenland S. Simulation study of confounder-selection strategies. Am J Epidemiol. 1993;138 (11):923–36.” Citation on page 131 – “Variables with a predetermined significance level of <0.2 in crude analysis were incorporated into the multivariable models”.The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
