Abstract

The authors regret that the name of the first author was entered incorrectly on the title page and running head of the article, as well as in the issue's Table of Contents. The name of the first author should be Justin B. Echouffo-Tcheugui, MD, PhD. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
