Abstract

The original online version of this article was revised to correct the presentation of the name of coauthor Jennifer M Kolb. The article was also revised to correct a typo in a sentence in the Results section of the abstract. The corrected sentence reads: “Eighty-three percent successfully discontinued or decreased PPI.”
