Abstract
A case report has been presented describing the clinical and pathologic features of a patient with an acquired aortoduodenal fistula. The fistula apparently arose as the result of neoplastic invasion of the third portion of the duodenum and adjacent aorta by a primary carcinoma in the head of the pancreas. This represents a complication of a tumor in this location which has not, to our knowledge, been previously described.
