Abstract

Two patients with iris cysts were successfully treated with argon laser photocoagulation. There was no evidence of recurrence of the cysts 5½ and four years after treatment. To our knowledge, these cases represent the first reported cases of iris cysts following keratoplasty treated with argon laser photocoagulation that have documented long-term followup.
