Abstract

A case is reported where fistulization developed between the appendix and the lumen of an aortic graft. It is believed to constitute the second published occurrence of aorto-enteric fistula involving the appendix. Pertinent points of diagnosis and management of aorto-enteric fistula are briefly reviewed.
